Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds: Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered. To initiate a refund, kindly contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with proof (images/details).

Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exclusions: Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
